DO I FLY OR DO I STAY?

Flying

A Poem by Mihaela Pirjol

I dreamt I left this body,

Transcending mortal sin;

And to remember, hardly,

I on Earth to ever been.

I soared on wings above the sky,

Passed oceans, earth and sea;

And I saw my spirit fly —

Into Eternity.

Hope the new system will have the camera & settings info available for "rookies" like me to study and learn....

This was taken with my new lens Tamron 16-300 mm, but very near of the bird in question. :-) I've used an aperture of 3.5 and an iso of 400. And I've used one spot focus on the bird's eye. That's all.

Congrats on the new lens! It's doing you proud!
Thanks for the shooting info! It's very helpful for beginners as am I....
I haven't experimented with different focal points yet. I'll give it a go...
