The Jewel

by James Wright

There is this cave
In the air behind my body
That nobody is going to touch:
A cloister, a silence
Closing around a blossom of fire.
When I stand upright in the wind,
My bones turn to dark emeralds.

Sir were you being a peeping Tom? Definitely nice looking ladies. Does Teresa know your eyes wander? 😁😁

I like the beautifully detailed fabric found in their traditional garb! The view from the balcony overlooking the water is fabulous!

Thanks my friend. The lady's picture was through the window of the van and through the window of the jewellery, so they came out a bit blurry smile

Indeed very beautiful Ladies and really good pictures, but nevertheless I scrolled back to #1. The view is breathtaking and I ask myself, did Teresa climb out of the window, did she jump from the balcony to take this picture?

It was less dangerous than it seems. She just took the picture through a window smile

Elas estavam muito longe para que as fotos saíssem como deve ser e, além do mais, através dos vidros da carrinha smile
