MUNICH TRAVELOGUE – LAST DAY – MAXIMILIANEUM, PARK, PANNING

by Antonio Gil March. 28, 2021 397 views

The Maximilianeum, a palatial building in Munich, was built as the home of a gifted students' foundation but since 1949 has housed the Bavarian State Parliament. It sits grandly and as a focal point on the bank of the Isar River above Maximilian Bridge at the eastern end of Maximilianstrasse, a royal avenue dotted with Neo-Gothic palaces influenced by the English Perpendicular style. Love the panning images. The blurred graffiti in the background looks cool.

Love the dreamy effect in #3. What did you do to get that effect?

I've used Topaz studio and tweaked it to my wishes. It's like painting, one never knows what the final result is going to be 😊

Dreamy edits!Especially love the soft Spring time colors! I don't find you panning lacking, in any respect! I love the motion blur in the background contrasting with the static foreground main subjects! Very exciting images! Great colors and clarity!+1

Nice work with the panning. It is not an easy thing. One thing I have noticed is in Europe you have a much larger Bike Culture than we have here (for the most part).

Oh, how I would love to go for a stroll or a bike ride on those tree-lined paths! Your panning shots captured movement beautifully! And the architecture...wow! I really enjoyed scrolling through your photos! Thank you!
