So today‘s topic is health. And I know at first glance this might look like the total opposite of health, but I promise these are vitamins! Multivitamin, Probiotic10 and B12.
Many people do not receive proper nutrition, whether between the constant fast pace in the states, or the insufficient funds/food available to people all over the world. So I personally, like to think that vitamins do at least help somewhat.
Even myself as an example, my whole life I have had the diet of a child. Basically all I eat is bread and cheese, no fruits or vegetables ever. But I take a lot of vitamins and somehow still here.
