This clock was presented to James's grandmother when she retired in 1953, it stopped working and he decided it was time he had a look to see if he could make it go again…

      That was a wonderful set !! Good Luck with the clock thing , total mechanical challenge, love to see the end product !!

      I wish James every success with his project - really takes me back to my days at the workbench in the '60s.PLEASE remember to let the springs down before taking it apart !!!!!!!!!! Clock mechanisms are really fascinating but can be painful.

      Ooooooo clock guts! Now that's quite an ambitious undertaking. I'm sure your James will get it working as good as new!
