Fruit Medley Cobbler

by Art Bee November. 03, 2011 8305 views

Time to post a little something for the Motley Crue Delight…..

Open a bag of frozen fruit combination and pour into a baking dish…..
( defrost if you prefer)

This one has peaches, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, apples …..

Add 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tbsp. of flour, blend together…..

Make a topping of 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup sugar (white or brown)and 1/2 cup butter or margarine. Rub together to form a crumbly mixture.(I use a pastry blender) Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the the fruit….

Bake at 375 degrees F for 25 to 30 min. or until topping is golden brown and fruit filling is bubbling through…….

Tasty. I love cobblers. You might even want to use a little bit of brown sugar instead of white sugar for the topping.
