Pour about 1/4 cup water and 1/2 cup of coconut milk mixed together with a teaspoon of chicken soup base or one of those little chicken pouches that comes in those dry instant noodle packages.Add the chicken breasts. Sprinkle on some seasonings (mixed herbs or garlic and red pepper) whatever you like. Simmer (turn a couple of times) until chicken is white completely through. The liquid will become a thick sauce to pour over the chicken…. Boil some mini potatoes, they come in packages with an assortment of blue, red, yellow and white…. Open a package of frozen vegetables and put desired amount in a bowl with a little water and microwave or heat them on the stove if you prefer..Dinner is ready ( took about 15 - 20 min.) This cake is made all in one pan. In a 8x8 baking pan put 11/2 cups flour, 1tsp. baking powder, 1tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 cup sugar, and 3 tbsp. of cocoa powder. Mix it up good with a fork. Make 3 wells, add 1 tsp.vanilla to one, 1 tbsp. of vinegar to one and 5 tbsp. of cooking oil or melted butter to one. Pour over 1 cup of tepid water. Mix all together until thoroughly blended.Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30-40 min. Frost with your favourite frosting… This one is a whipped up chocolate frosting made with icing sugar, butter,cocoa and a little milk. I put it on the cake while it's still warm and when it cools it comes out like this…..
