Dr. Martin Luther King Day

Dr.Martin Luther King, Jr. was an American clergyman, activist, and leader in the African-American Civil Rights Movement. He is best known for his role in the advancement of civil rights using nonviolent civil disobedience. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. a social activist, led the Civil Rights Movement in the United States from the mid-1950s until his death by assassination in 1968.
