It's started. I once used to work long hours and had work hard to become efficient enough to not stay late. In my last job though, things were easy and I never had to.
Now, I'll need to sharpen those skills all over again. The worst thing is that I'm not even that busy. I've just become slow, although part of it is because I have more responsibilities and expectations placed upon me. Which means I need to pay more attention and check my work more thoroughly. Gone are the days when I could throw words in a report and pass it on to the seniors to polish it off.
I'm sure I could leave on time again. I just have to develop better skills.
