I'm a part of the fitness revolution (or fad, if you see it that way) and I'm glad that I am. I wear a fitness tracker, track my steps and sleep, go to gym, take long walks, try (mostly in vain) to cut down on processed sugar, and would gladly have played tennis if I could.
I can't say that I'm fit; but I'm not completely unfit either. And that's a start. I've got some tummy fat I need to burn, but otherwise I'm relatively lean.
I've had the Fitbit for about 9 months now and I've been more motivated to move than before. Tracking the steps gives me a good idea of whether I'm getting lazier and need to push myself harder.
