From the mint that I grow at home, I generally like to make mint syrup. This time, I had more corriander growing than mint and nothing to use it for. So I made a corriander-mint syrup instead. In the end though, I had put too much sugar for the quantity and all I could taste was that, with only a hint of corriander.
