Free Personal Training (PT) session at the gym. I told the guy about my problem and he prescribed me my exercises accordingly: rowing, pull ups, lunges, TRX and weighted squats. Also, some core exercises to do at home: planks, side planks with 'needles', two types of crunches and slow (4 secs) push ups.
I see people lifting 55kg dumbbells doing shoulders and I wonder when I could get there. I don't know why I would want to get there, but it'll take me a while.
A few colleagues are going to be running half-marathons in a few days.
