fly with me to Yogyakarta

I'm currently in Manado, the capital of North Sulawesi for the first ever World Ocean Conference (WOC 2009) and Coral Triangle Initiative (CTI). Arrived here this morning after a 3-hour flight from Jakarta. Some 7,000 scientists, climate change experts, reps of 70 governments, activists dan NGOs are here t crack their brains on saving our oceans.

BUT, these pix were from my Yogyakarta work visit from 8-9 May. Yogyakarta, fondly known as Jogja by many, is the seat of Borobudur Temple, one of the 7 wonders of the world.

these 2 months have been quite hectic for me having to travel to several far and distant cities of Indonesia. After Padang, then Bali, then Jogja and now Manado, from here to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I really miss home and my beloveds…

"fly with me"... AH.... you forgot to leave a ticket at the ticket counter! :) Sorry you are having to travel so much... it always sounds exciting to those of us who don't travel for work. It looks like a great spot to relax, glad you took us along!
