This is “lepat pisang” which I have for evening tea and sometime for breakfast too. It is simply half banana wrap in sweetened glutinous rice, covered with banana leaf and steamed till cooked. It's very traditional but yummy.
BTW is there any PB friends whom I can meet in Cannes comes 6 Oct? I'll be in Cannes for MIPCOM till 10 Oct and would very much like to meet any PB friends there.
Or is there any PB friends who are also attending MIPCOM this time around? Maybe we can have coffee together or go out for a short photoshoot. I'll be staying nearby the Palais d Festivals.
