Johannes Brahms: Hungarian Dance No 5. []

The 100 member Gypsy Symphony Orchestra was founded in 1985 at the funeral of a famous gypsy violin soloist, where all te gypsy musicians of the country gathered. All started to play and out of that improvised gathering, the idea of this orchestra was born.

No room or need for scores sheets here…

We even had The Radetzky March by Johann Strauss played for us at the end, and we really felt like we were in The New Year's Day Concert in Vienna already…

      Oh, Agi, these are absolutely fantastic concert photos! They are crystal clear and look like you had a special seat with a "Press Pass"! I love the motion in #4 - makes me "hear" the violin!
