Thury Castle, Varpalota, Hungary, Part 1

The former castle of Thury György. The 15th-16th century castle was built on the 14th Gothic palace. In the 18th and first part of the 19th century, the building was converted to the Baroque style. Gothic frescoes dating back to the 14th-15th centuries can be found in the former palace.
