A Day At Sand Bridge

I never go to the beach without my camera. I just never know what I will find, from posing animals to interesting things that might wash up on shore.   Here's a few shots that I was able go get on our last adventure. I hope you enjoy and I would love to hear what you think!

This seagul actuall stood there and posed for me.

I'll pose, but you'd better have a French fry waiting for me!

Egg casing from a whelk, a saltwater mollusk.

Walking out on the pier we came across these seven little pigions.

Ok, who passed gas?

This is what the beach looks like in the off season.

What? Must be winter in Virginia Beach!

Water rushing in under the pier faster than I thought.

I should have worn shorts!

Just thought this would be a good shot.

Fence along the sandy path

Casing that surrounds the fertilized eggs of some sharks, skates, and stingrays.
