On Friday my staff and I set up for our annual ‘Art Show’, a Kindergarten event held as a way of saying thank you to families for supporting us during the year.

This year's display (themed "Our Magical World") looks great, if I can say so myself. ;)

I was also checking back in my Photoblog and realised I've never posted any Art Show pictures in previous years before…

Our Kindergarten's “castle” display, complete with mushrooms, crocodiles and royalty. Princesses riding crocodiles are always very ladylike. ;)

King and Queen on the castle my group made (a long, detailed process… woud love to post more but pictures have the children in them).

Every year, our Art Show takes on a different focus - last year it was house/community themed, and the year before that we created a jungle. The Art Show takes a good six months of planning.

Display from the back, complete with dragon and shields (the pictures on the wall in the background are one of our Kindergarten's traditions).

This year, the children also decorated plaster masks.
