An aussirose favourite. I was learning photography and had a new Canon macro lens. As you know, us budding photographers take a lot of photos before we get one that is a keeper. The technique with macro lenses is to focus manually and then move the camera in and out until you get a crisp image. Not sure if this one is totally crisp, but I enjoyed post processing to black out some of the messy foliage to create a clean image including a bee. I was extremely happy with the result :) The second photo I put a soft pink vignette around to give it a dreamy look.

Thanks Sherry.  I still have so much to learn from my macro lens.  It's a work in progress but your kind comment makes me want to continue smile
