Tasmania - Driving down the East Coast

by Ann Kennedy July. 15, 2019 70 views

Heading down the coast from St Helens, we passed Bicheno and the blowhole and made our way to Coles Bay Big 4 Camp grounds. The others walked up the hill to see the famous Glasshouse Bay. As it was a grueling walk, I stayed and wandered along the rocky beach.

From here we drove down to Port Arthur via Kates Berry Farm in Swansea and had the most awesome berry pie and crepes. The view was stunning.

Then hit the road to Triabunna by the sea for a picnic lunch of fish and chips from the local fish van.

Looks like the gulls are enjoying your visit, as much as you are!smile
Discovering places, never seen before, while enjoying dinning treats, all along the way, what could be better?!?!?

What could be better.....  I knows right? smile   Yes my friend got into kiddy mode feeding the gulls.  It's frowned on these days, but was always something we did when we were little.  There's something about gulls and chips hey.  Fun grinning
