My first attempt at making Kalua Pig (minus the imu/underground oven) using Hawaiian chef Sam Choy's recipe…

Covered with Hawaiian alaea sea salt…and check out the 2-yards-plus long banana leaf I wrapped the meat in!

…bundled…

…and put in the oven for 5 hours.

So ono, and broke da mouth!!!
