Guinness Beef

Other than cooking Corned Beef in a big kettle of water, I thought I'd try cooking it differently this year. Steeped in a Guinness concoction, it is then braised in the oven for hours.

Roasting the cabbage with bacon.

Along with the carrots and potatoes.

Stout Sauce over everything…and now, for the taste test!
