After four days, we were up to our ears in clams. The rest went into clam chowder, pasta sauces, and into the freezer.

Steamed with butter, garlic, and wine.

Chinese-style with Black Bean Sauce.

Chopped up the big ones for clam fritters.

But there was plenty, plenty more!
