Flowers and Calm

The Cantonnier's work pays off!

This is a Village Perché and near the top of the lane leading into the village the flower-covered limestone cliff welcomes all comers.

A seat in the shade of a horse chestnut tree. A favourite spot for a quiet read.

The flower bed at one end of the village hall. The flowers were planted
10 days ago, and will develop into a good display.

A longer view of the cliff

the Cantonnier has spent much time working to create flower beds around the village, keeping grass cut and trees in order. These are some of the results.
