October (Over?) Edited

I love big, punchy, high contrast, highly saturated images, I search for that in film, I set my digital cameras to make .jpegs in the same fashion! (I also capture a raw image...). Here I attacked some of my film scans. I know some people (most people) go - wow BJ, that's a bit over the top. But that's how I see the world, big and bold and bright, or dark and gloomy, rarely do I see subtle contrast or colour. I have been doing some assignment aviation work and have to remind myself "the aeroplane is just red, not BRIGHT Red!". My editing mantra when I do that is "keep it real, remember the audience...". But for my own stuff, it is "let it rip!".

Thanks Andrew, great points! I reckon if you see the world big, bold, bright and colorful then that's the way to express it!
