Heath and moor in Drenthe (The Netherlands)

I've taken you to a few natural reserves in Drenthe before (De Strubben-Kniphorstbosch and Drouwenerzand). But there's plenty of that in Drenthe and lots of it is ... manmade (overgrazing by sheep, sod cutting, digging for clay and peat, and sometimes re-forestation, made these landscapes to what they are now). In this post a few more photos of heath and moor in Drenthe ( You'll find all my Drenthe photos here).
