January 28 - Macro Monday (#PhotoBlog365)

If your name is Roose (for the English speakers: that is not pronounced as "Roose" in the Game of Thrones character - sorry, Andi, as far as I know there's no "Roose" character in Star Wars :-) - "Roose Bolton", but as "roses" without the "s" at the end) what better thing to shoot on your first Macro Monday than a rose ?

By the way: I swear I didn't see this post on macro photography by Ram before writing this blog. If I had, I would have felt forced to choose another subject ...

This is a classic wabi-sabi art image. The embracing of the imperfection and transience that characterizes all life. The photo is beautiful.

I like how your macro shows the petals wearing out. Very nicely done smile

I like the imperfection of the rose through the slightly withered edges. Well captured
