More wet areas will probably also provide more food for waders, but whether, like on my walk along the water (and afterwards off the trails, along the edges of the fields) in Čigoć, I will see so many hundreds of frogs jump up every time I even but near a small puddle of water, remains a question. After all, nature restoration requires more than big plans.
