That church, including the accompanying monastery, is well worth a visit. Like the Rathaus, it is the work of architect Elias Holl and contains the funerary monuments of - what did you think? - Jakob Fugger and his brothers Ulrich and Georg. More beautiful, however, are the 15th and 16th century wall paintings in the Goldschmiedekapelle and the cloisters. My girlfriend makes a sketch in the church - where live music is played as a nice bonus - so I can hang out for a while.
