Getting my Ducks in a Row

There are many birds who haven't flown South for winter yet because we're not really having winter yet in this part of Canada. The grass is green, lakes are open, no snow. We are having birds we shouldn't see this time of year all over the place, including these Mallard Ducks I found at Kingston Olympic Harbour.
Global warming is certainly changing things.
