Hello, PB friends! I'm still really busy with many things amidst the current pandemic, so I'm just popping in and out as I find time.
Here is a quick post of some old photos I took ten years ago when I was visiting Hong Kong (my hometown) again after living in Canada for a long time. I will probably be posting more later when I find the time to do it.
Stay safe and healthy!

This is Nathan Road, a major artery that goes through the middle of the Kowloon peninsula.

"Fishy business" :) A scene in an older part of Hong Kong where businesses spill out onto the sidewalk forming a kind of open market place. It is however disappearing fast.

More "fishy business". It's getting harder and harder to find locally caught wild fish.

A vegetable stall in an old-fashioned market. Now sure if you can still find them now.

This is my high school, Wah Yan College Kowloon. I have lots of fond memories there. It's rare to find a place surrounded by woods in the middle of this concrete jungle. I took this shot from my hotel room across the street.
That's wonderful that you were able to get an image of your high school! It looks enormous, even with the high rises in the background.
It is a big school complete with an assembly hall, a soccer field, and a chapel. I was super excited that I could get a hotel room right across the street. I went to the campus right after I checked in, and memories started flooding my mind. I even found the choir practicing on stage in the assembly hall. It was like travelling back in time and watching myself there because I used to be part of the senior choir. Sweet memories.
