I have been really busy again with work from different sources for the past few days, but tonight, I managed to find some time to finish processing a small batch of photos from my Lisbon collection. They are all photos of trams. There were lots of them in the area where I stayed, and they provided great photo opportunities.
This red tram seems to be for tourists. I snapped this during a scavenger hunt team activity with my team members. We lost the game badly, but it wasn't because I was stopping frequently to take pictures.
A yellow tram in the blue hour looks really sharp. I still can't get over the fact that there are so many cobblestone streets in Lisbon. I wonder how much time it took to pave them.
Some trams are covered in graffiti. This one goes up and down a REALLY steep and narrow street. The tram is actually level, but look at how high the back of the tram is above the ground. This gives you an idea of how steep the street is.
This tram was passing right in front of me. I was expecting this shot to turn out blurry since I wasn't using a fast shutter speed, but somehow, it turned out OK.
But this one actually turned out with some motion blur even though it was shot in daylight. The sunlight on the building on the left was also too bright in the original. I felt I had to convert it to monochrome to save the image. I was going to discard it.
