When I looked at the home page of my blog, I just felt it desperately needed some green colour. Many of my recent posts have dark images, and some vibrant green colour is overdue to inject some life back into my home page. I went through my libraries and scraped together some images of leaves for this special post. I hope it will give you a little boost of positive energy.

The texture of these big leaves creates a nice artistic pattern. Taken in a big urban park in Gdansk, Poland.

New growth from a tree stump. Taken in the same park in Gdansk, Poland.

This is a close-up of a gigantic leaf. Taken at a hotel in Zimbabwe.

Taken outside the meeting hall of my church. Pretty common plant, but I can't remember its name.

This is a special photo to me because it was taken in Alaska on my last family vacation with my parents. After that trip, their health went downhill and we never got another chance to vacation together.

Cute heart-shaped leaves. Also taken in the park in Gdansk, Poland.

These look like blades of Japanese swords. They are not grass blades but are some big leaves.
OK, not all of the photos are green, but too much of a good thing may be boring. 😊
Benny, What a variety of shapes and textures! I love this photo series. Cheers, Piotr.
Thank you very much, Piotr. Stay safe and well and keep sharing your travel adventures.
