Hello, PhotoBlog friends, long time no post! It's been over a month already since my last post. I have been extremely busy with work and many other things again. I can't believe summer is pretty much over!
Well, the long weekend is here, and that means I can finally carve out some time to do another post. (I am re-editing all the photos from the originals, and that's what takes time.) As a continuation of my Lisbon series, here are a few photos that may give you a glimpse of the beautiful cityscape of Lisbon.

The red tiled roofs are one of the striking features of the cityscape of Lisbon. The old church building with the twin towers in the background is the Lisbon Cathedral which was built in 1147.

This image was shot through a window in the lobby on the top floor of my hotel. In the background, you can see the Castelo de São Jorge (St. George's Castle) on top of the hill.

I love how the early evening sky looks in this photo. It's pretty close to what I actually saw.

This shot was taken from the castle on top of the hill. You can really get a good view of the city from this vantage point.

This was also shot from the castle on the hill looking in a different direction towards the setting sun. The bridge in the background is the Ponte 25 de Abril suspension bridge which spans the River Tagus.
My favourite city - hope to be there again in May and to see Antonio and Teresa again.
Beautiful photos. Mxx
It's one of my favourite cities too. It's nice that you have met Antonio and Teresa in person. Hope the pandemic will be behind us by May and we can travel again.
