Here is another image of a night scene on the River Thames that I manipulated with Smart Photo Editor to acquire a painterly effect. It is another example of how I was able to salvage a blurry and boring photo banished to a "Rejected" folder and give it a new life and purpose. The original picture was taken a number of years ago while I was visiting London for a business trip.
