I hate when my dog kills rabbits
She's always done it
She'll always do it
Today it was a baby
I shooed her out of the yard once
And went back to my chores
She came back through the fence
Unnoticed by me
Not by Nora
A squeak and a quick bite
That wasn't quite final
I tossed Nora inside
I picked her up
Gasping breaths
She died in my hand
This is where I buried her
I hate when my dog kills rabbits
He's just doing what his DNA is telling him to do.....right???
Just like what your upbringing & values tell you what's right & wrong.....No???
I know... She does what does.
But I dont have to like it.
It is national dog day, I guess I'll forgive her...
