Well this concrete monster houses something people seem to enjoy. Can tell what it is? :)
It really is not a nice sight and when I took the picture I was not focusing on the Carillon but was aiming at the white columns which from the distance I was at really didn't make much sense. Almost look like something that would be used at a wedding.
