This guy was already dead when he came to me, or when I got to him.

Amazing! Still cannot see even after reading comments. You know me...I see a ring wrapped around an egg, and within the ring I ee a belt buckle. Honestly, I have not had too many adult beverages! 8>}

Maybe it's because he is laying on his side. I tried getting him to stand upright but it didn't work ūüėÉ

To let him stand up, pin him with a needle

I didn't want to be accused of killing him ūüėú

Did you use a tripod to take this one? Perfect.

I ended up using a mini flexible tripod because no matter how steady I was, leaning against something to be even more steady, my heartbeat would cause me to shake. So I took a few without a tripod and realized there is no way. I am very close to buying focus tracker so I can do more macro. There is this guy who does absolutely fabulous macros and I am picking up quite a few tricks from him. If you are interested he has a facebook page called the Giant World of Tiny Things and a utube channel  https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCaMrC1eBKaBPdDeVgU_Fq2g.
