Need To Expand

by Camellia Staab June. 06, 2020 353 views

Walked around the perimeter of our house and the neighbors house with my camera, looking for something to click away. While I did find several items and will post later, this particular photos grabbed my attention the most. Not because it is such a great composition, nor because of the subject, but rather the colors and texture came out exactly as I saw them with my naked eye.

No editing was done, except for converting to jpeg.

This is the back of our neighbors house. I would say it does need some cleaning up but for now it became my subject.

I really do need to expand my horizon and go shoot somewhere else 😊

I live in an apartment with some neighbors who keep their patios like this... I should start carrying my camera.

One of my favorite subjects is distressed architecture, buildings, wood because of the texture. Keep it up!

If I would sneak around my neighbour's house here in Germany and make some photos, they would call the police and describe me as a strange person that urgently needs some help. smile I like the little mess in the photo.

Mind you Heike there are a few like that around here as well, You know the kind who are always sitting at the window and snooping around the neighborhood, calling themselves "neighborhood watch"
