A Chair

by Camellia Staab September. 20, 2020 667 views

Week 38 of the 52 frame challenge was.....you guessed it "A Chair".

Basically the idea was to take a picture of a chair in any manner or position or location.

While I had several ideas and did proceed with those ideas, none came out the way I envisioned in my head.

While playing around with a chair outside, I spotted this fellow, dead, in the pool. I figured I would fish him out and use him for some macro modeling.

But, as soon as I fished him out, he came to life.

Hence, he became my model with a chair.

Thank you . Another proof that your eyes are getting damaged with all these gears you have to wear on a daily basis grinning

You are. I had a look at the link you sended me. A very good initiative. Luckely we have a shop here in Belgium where we can get almost all available film on the market and everything to do with analog photography. Thanks for sending it my way.

What fun!!! Nice shots! It would be fun to have all comparative size references outside the frame so you could pass him off as the giant "Man-eating Grasshopper"!!

I should have done that Jay but I was too nervous that he would leave before I had finished taking photos so did not want to disrupt the "decorum" smile

Your model friend must have been showing its gratitude by posing for you. And I like your chair. I like miniature objects.
