The weather has been absolutely gorgeous lately. Sun is out, the air is not too cold not too hot. Just the kind of weather one wishes would last forever. But I know better, hence I have been taking advantage of it and have resumed my morning walks, after many months of suspension. But there is also an ulterior motive to these walks. I’ve been inflicted with a new ailment. This particular ailment, according to my husband, is called Covid-20 and it is an offspring of Covid-19. It is just as debilitating as Covid -19 and just like Covid-19 a struggle to shake off.
You are probably wondering if it’s as contagious as Covid-19.
Well.......... the good news is that it is not contagious, and it is pretty much self inflicted.
So what is Covid-20 you ask.
Covid-20 has the ability to grow a Michelin tire around ones waist and if not taken care of, this Michelin tire can overtake the rest of the body. As you tell, it is definitely the offspring of Covid-19, because after all, we have all been in seclusion because of Covid 19 and have spent our days indulging in various foods and drinks.
Stay off the carbs and MOVE, MOVE, MOVE!
Therefor, morning walks have been reinstated in my daily life.
Not wanting to carry anymore weight than I already am, I have asked Nikon to stay home and allowed the cell to become my companion and my eyes for these walks.
