This week's 52 frame challenge directed us to take abstract photos. This was the perfect opportunity for me to try my hand at some experimental photography.
Some of the experiments worked out well, I think.
On others....well I think my lunacy emerged.
You be the judge.

The four above I used a CPL filter.

Can you guess what this is?

Can you guess what this is?
The above two I used a macro lens.

On the above, I dropped the shutter speed and zoomed in and out while focused on the T.V. screen.
Then I ran into a slight problem. Forgot I was boiling eggs on the stove. The pot ran out of liquid and the eggs.......
......well you can see what happened to the eggs.

Even though this was not a planned experiment, I figured it would fit the challenge.

The rest were just playing with household items and/or treasures found on my walks.
I don't know #5 or #6 or #13. Love #13, it is so colorful and the black background makes the object very good.
Tsao, #5 is mold (I forgot about the container of spaghetti squash in the fridge and when I finally saw it....well it was moldy), #6 are seeds from green peppers and #13 are some acorn and some what we call here "money plant/ silver dollar plant" also known as Lunaria. I came across these (never seen them before) on my last trip to Michigan, so naturally I had to bring some home. They are quite unique.

Thanks for answering. I did not know Lunaria before, but I fall in love with it now.
You are right, they are quite unique.
