The weather is so warm here – today it was close to 90 degrees– that the flowers are just budding and opening in front of your eyes. It also means that they have wilted and died while you blinked. Enough of Nature's Way. Shown here is a beautiful peony. Yesterday, the flowers could have been mistaken for roses as they were just partly opened. Today, there is no mistaking anything. Below: you can see the whole incredible bush of flowersI can't help it – one flower is just more incredible than the last. The magnolias, the crabapples, the lilacs, the irises, the roses and now the peonies. It has been quite a spectacular spring……..
