So I had some of that instant croissant dough and eggs and a bright idea!

Don't just make my usual sunny-side up eggs and toast, make a little oven-baked egg basket!

Um, No idea.

No, why?

So I've been working on my resolution to cook more. Like, more recipes. Or try new techniques or, well, I made my resolution vague and broad so that I'd hit it no matter what I tried. So what?

Let's just say that this recipe will go in the “needs vast improvement” list

Don't get me wrong, I like my eggs runny, but the dough was undercooked at the bottom and I shouldn't have paired pepperoni and some leftover ground turkey with it. Dwiddle dee dee! :9

I feel the same way about cooking as I do about sports. Just DON'T. They're dumb and you get hurt.
