2012-05-06 Tour of Enniscorthy

Still in Wexford, my Father and I had a nice breakfast with my Aunt and Uncle. Then we went into Enniscorthy for mass in the Cathedral. Afterwards we walked around Enniscorthy and my Father and Aunt Helen reminised about their visits to the town as kids. This photo includes Enniscorthy castle, and in the distance, Vinegar Hill - site of the Battle of Vinegar Hill - part of the 1798 Irish Rebellion against British rule in Ireland.
