This evening my housemate and I came up with a proper training plan for my running and getting a bit fitter (she's already fit and doing a half-marathon in a week!). I know I've said I was running before but it was a bit “intermitant” ;) Now I've got an excel timetable so it all starts tomorrow!! My target race is at the end of November but I'll try two other races in between as practice! My first race is in 2 and a half weeks!! yikes.. Here are my runners..they're trying to look friendly so I don't dread the training ;)
