“He’s going to be fine” – Kevin Hart’s Wife Provides an Update After He Suffers Injuries from Car Crash
When we hear the name Kevin Hart, we always think of the great comic roles he has done and the smiles he has shared all over the world. Unfortunately, this hasn’t been the case in the last couple of days because of the horrible accident the actor went through sustaining major back injuries.
It was September 1, 2019 early morning when the news broke about Kevin Hart’s serious car crash that left his friends, family, and fans on pins and needles. Hart was travelling in his 1970 Plymouth Barracuda with producer Jared Black who lost control and rolled the vehicle into the ditch on Mulholland Highway in Calabasas, CA. Following the accident, terrible pictures came rolling in on social media and news channels showing the crushed roof of the car.
Rebecca Broxterman, the third passenger, and Jared Black were trapped in the car after the crash. However, Hart, who suffered major back injuries, managed to walk out of the car to seek help, reports suggest. Hart was soon taken to Northridge Hospital Medical Center after rescue crews arrived. Broxterman, who is Eniko’s personal trainer and Black’s fiancėe, did not suffer any major injuries and complained of only minor pain. Black, on the other hand, also sustained major back injuries and he was taken to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.
Fans of Kevin Hart can breathe a sigh of relief because his wife, Eniko Hart has given an update on his health following the crash. Eniko has revealed that Hart is “going to be just fine” after a successful back surgery on the same night of the accident. Speaking to the media, she confirmed that Hart was awake and he was “doing great”. She further added that his spirits were good.
Although the severity of the injuries sustained by Hart are not known but what’s comforting to know is that Hart is awake and he is relatively feeling better. Sources suggest that Hart is expected to stay in the hospital for a couple of days at least and is expected to make a full recovery soon.
Since the news of Hart’s accident broke, Hollywood fraternity has been outpouring support for the actor. Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, who is also Hart’s close friend shared on his Instagram “Stop messing with my emotions brother @kevinhart4real. We have a lot more laughing to do together. Love you man.
