Donald Trump’s career began in 1968 at his father’s New York-based real estate company.  After three years he was placed as president of his fathers company.  His company was now called The Trump Organization.  The trump organization dealt with bids, purchases, and projects where legal battles were common.

The company started out by constructing and restoring hotels, apartments, and high rises in New York City.  The major lawsuit they faced violated the Fair Housing Act of 1968 which keeps “landlords and real estate companies: from “[making] housing unavailable to persons” based on their race, religion, and disabilities.

In 2016, Donald Trump was sworn in and served as our nation's 45th President of the United States for a term of four years.  After the term ended, elections opened a door to additional candidates to run for the 46th term as President. Joe Biden decided to run again for the presidency of the United States. Election day came fast, November 3, 2020.

During the electoral campaign, Trump filed  lawsuits against the states, claiming voting fraud. We have a chance to speak with Trump supporter, Tom Long:

“Ok in a nutshell.  This is going to the Supreme Court.  Where they will rule that the election is invalid due to fraud or mistakes on a country wide scale.  It will go one of two ways, either they will rule that all the unconstitutional mail in ballots will be removed an the states ordered to recount without them or they will simply rule the election is invalid due to mass voter fraud and at that point it will be sent to the congress and senate for a vote, This is where it gets good.
Congress votes on who the president will be.  It has nothing to do with what party that has power.  Every state gets one and 30 states are held by Republicans and 19 by Democrats.
They have to vote down party lines, they have no choice due to the 12th Amendment of the Constitution and the Senate votes for the Vice President where a similar event will take place.  This is the law!
This is why the Democrats are so mad at Nancy Pelosi.  This will all happen in January.  The only way President Trump won’t be President is if he concedes the election and that will never happen.
So stop watching the fake news and don’t let your heart be troubled and live your life knowing this will all work out.  President Trump will remain President.
I have researched all of this and it is a fact!  Another fun fact, they called Gore the President Elect for 30 days in 2000 until the courts ruled against him and declared Bush the winner.
And two people that were part of that decision were none other than new Supreme Court Justices, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett.  Why do you think the Democrats tried so hard to keep them from being confirmed.”

According to CrushtheLsatexam.com, in this lawsuit Wednesday,  Trump sued Kathy Boockvar, Pennsylvania’s secretary of state, and election boards, claiming an unfair election in the state.

In the article Donald Trump’s Long History of Lawsuits, it said how his campaign, also targeting Michigan and Georgia, was asking for an emergency order for stopping election officials from certifying President-elect at the moment, Joe Biden’s win in the state and to invalidate ballots allowed to be “cured”.

This “curing” process is legal and is when a voter sends a mail ballot without a secrecy envelope or signature, and official calls to tell them they can vote using a provisional ballot.

According to Aljazeera.com,  Trump and his campaign have made unsubstantiated claims of voter fraud and applied legal battles in key states.  The allegations said that Republican poll watchers had “no meaningful access” to review ballots.

That they were there in person, but too far away to see them counting the ballots, and that unmonitored election can cause fraud.   In court, Trump campaign lawyer said that there was “a non-zero number of people in the room”, in the article, Trump campaign Sues to Stop Pennsylvania Certifying Biden Win.

The allegations of “fraud” at this election found a few dozen votes affected.  Two Pennsylvania counties suspected of mail ballot fraud, in Fayette County, two voters who got ballots already filled out, and this Sept. 2020 in Luzerne County an election worker threw out nine military ballots, of which seven were votes for Trump.

Saturday, Trump’s campaign filed a suit in Arizona, over the results of the election.  According to Reuters, this was a strategy that Trump was using to overturn the election to his favor, at Factbox.

Trump Sues in Arizona, Court Battles Continue as Biden Wins U.S. Election said that  Trump laid a lawsuit with a demand for more access for observers to places where the ballots are being counted, concerns of absentee ballots. As a result, the poll watchers were observed by the Associated Press.  Trump will continue to file lawsuits.
