Today I got hit with anxiety. It came out of nowhere... It stopped me in my tracks. I leaned over my counter top, took some deep breaths, and went about my day. When my daughter woke up from her nap I said let's go! I need to go take pictures.. And above all I need fresh air. While my daughter was running crazy through an empty parking lot I snapped this picture. I will edit again in color.. But this one is probably one of my favs. This park and sunshine helped pull me out of my anxiety I experience today. Maybe someday I'll get to go take pictures with an actual camera 📸 and not whole chasing a toddler 😂

I understand completely. I find when I'm anxious I get out and take lots and lots of pictures in nature. It is very cathartic and healing. I find your picture a metaphor for anxiety as well...darkness with the sunshine just out of reach.
