I hope you enjoy these fantastic skyscapes I took in last week!

Tchater Dag in the distance. These flights were very early in the morning.

Tchater Dag

Does anyone know the purpose of these round fields? I've seen them in many places. There were quite a few in this area, though!

Cloud cover rolling in from the sea, like waves

On the left blue skies, and on the right sunrise

These clouds look like turbulent waves!

Great set , My daughter said that the circles have something to do with old farming methods of rotation of crops and animal pastoring to use them to full advantage but I still can't think why a circle and not like the other fields.

What a wonderful set - full of textures, colors, and great detail. Loved the abstract "art" of 6 & 10. Great framework on the "window shots", too.

A fantastic set, I love those pictures taken from the plane. The round fields are for better water irrigation, I think!

Number 6 is simply fabulous! Really cool. I know you were just loving sitting in that window seat - that's the only reason you made the trip, isn't it? LOL!
6 or 10 would have also been great candidates for last week's "Flat" theme. Were they over Ukraine, the European continent or already over England?
